Beacon Management & Consulting was founded on a deep understanding of Florida’s unique coastal communities and the challenges they face.
As natives of Vero Beach, our leadership team brings lifelong local knowledge and firsthand experience managing the environmental, operational, and financial issues that impact condominium and homeowners associations throughout the region.
We understand what it takes to maintain communities in Florida’s tropical climate, from landscaping and irrigation systems to building maintenance, capital improvements, reserve planning, and long-term asset preservation.
Today, Beacon continues to serve communities throughout Brevard, Indian River, St. Lucie and Martin Counties with the same commitment to personalized service, professional expertise, and lasting relationships.
